【摘要】 为研究原位肝移植术中的出血与全身止血凝血改变的关系，本文对一例肝豆状核变性患者原位肝移植手术中凝血、抗凝及纤溶系统的功能进行了系统的观察。在移植术中凝血抗凝系统的功能逐渐降低，在无肝期及重新灌注早期达最低点，随后逐渐恢复，而纤溶系统的功能随手术的进行而逐步增强，在无肝期及重新灌注期达最高峰。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study is to investigate the relationship between general hemostatic changes and bleeding symptom in orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT). The coagulant,anticoagulant and fibrinolytic function were as-sessed systematically in one case of Wilson’s disease undertaking OLT. The coagulant and anticoagulant function reduce gradually in the course of OLT,reaching the lowest in the liver-depleted phase and the early reinfusion phase,then recover afterwards. However, the fibrinolytic function increases gradually during op-eration,reaching the highest in the liver-depleted phase and the reinfusion phase. The cause of bleeding in OLT is multi-factored and the hemostatic function varies characteristically according to the different stage of the OLT.更多还原
