【Abstract】 The mIL-2R+ cells in PBMC of 159 CH-B patients were detected by immunocytochemistry method using biotin-streptavidin reagent in silent and PHA-induced phase. The result shows that T lymphocytes of CH-B patients are partly in activated state, but the response to PHA of their PBMC is normal. The percentage of mIL-2R+ cells of CH-B patients is regarded as one of the indications of assessing CH-B patients condition and the therapeutic effect.更多还原
