【摘要】 本实验应用雄性大鼠静脉注射肾上腺素造成肺出血、水肿（PH、PE）模型，以及应用静脉注射大豆磷脂（PC）联合维生素E（VE）进行预防的研究。结果显示：PC＋VE能降低死亡率，降低血清脂质过氧化物（LPO），支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALL）中蛋白质及磷脂，肺指数；肺组织切片中肺水肿、出血明显改善，其效果优于单独应用PC。更多还原

【Abstract】 The model of male rat pulmonary hemorrhage and edema (PH, PE) was established with intravenous injection of adrenin, and the effects of prevention with beau phospholipid (PC) or PC add vitamin E (PC+VE) on rat PHand PE were studied. Total protiens and total phspholipids in bronchoalvoar lavage liquid were determined from everyrat. Lung index, serum lipid peroxides and lung pathological examination, including electronmicroscopic examination,were observed, too. The results showed that the mortality rate in the group with PC+VE could be decreased apparently, and lung pathological changes as well as, other biochemical changes were restored to normal. The efficiency in thegroup with PC+VE was batter than that in the group with PC alone.更多还原
