【摘要】 为探讨肠道病毒感染在人类风湿性心瓣膜病（风心）发病中的作用。采用逆转录一聚合酶链反应（RT－PCR）对43例换瓣膜病人的心瓣膜标本进行肠道病毒基因检测。结果显示：风心组32例患者的瓣膜标本中14例阳性，阳性率为43．8％；非风心组11例患者的瓣膜标本中1例阳性，阳性率为9.1％，两者经统计学处理差异有显著性（P<0.05）。本文结果提示：风湿性心瓣膜病的发病与肠道病毒感染有一定关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the relationship between the human heart valve diseases and the enteroviral infection,43 human valve specimens were used to detect the enteroviral gene in using the method of polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Among 32 valve specimens of rheumatic heart disease, l4 cases were positive(43- 8% ). Among l1 valve speci-mens of non-rheumatic heart disease, only one case was positive(positive ratio 9. 1 % ) (P<0. 05).
