【摘要】 为开发安全可靠的可注射性胶原生物材料，从鼠、兔、猪皮组织中提取乙型胶原纤维制备可注射性胶原生物材料，用于软组织填充，并进行动物实验及临床实验。结果表明：可注射性乙型生物材料无明显的组织反应、致热原作用、细胞毒性、明显过敏反应及致癌性，吸收率低（＜17％），且保持时间长，效果好。并具有取材广泛、制备简单、使用方便、可大量纯化的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to exploit the safe and reliable injectable collagen materiaI, we have extracted the B collagen fibre from the skin tissue of rats, rabbits and pigs and have prepared the injectable collagenmaterial, which is used to fill the soft-tissue. We have carried out animal, and clinical experiment.All the result show: The injectable collagen material for organism doesn’t produce obvious tissue rejec-tion and anaphylylaxis, which doesn’s result in cancers. The abeorbebility rate is low (17%), beingkeeped for a long time and its clinical effect is well. Its material is easy to be obtained. Its pteparationis simple and convenient, a great deal of the injectuble collagen material may be purified.更多还原
