【Abstract】 Liposome transfer factor (LTF) was prepared by reverse evaporation. The bioactivity assay by metheds of erythrocyte rosette formation and macrophage phagoytosis showed that the activity of LTF is higher than free TF. The in vivo study showed that the effect of LTF administrated orally was much better than that of free transfer factor administrated by injection in promoting the immunity of mice.更多还原
