盐藻β-胡萝卜素立体异构体对小鼠SOD、LPO和GSH-PX的影响
The Effect of the β-Carotene Epimeride from Dunaliella SPP on the Activity of SOD,LPO and GSH-PX in Mice
【摘要】 小鼠灌胃盐藻β-胡萝卜素立体异构体（6mg／kg），能提高血清中超氧化物歧化酶活性，降低过氧化脂质的含量（P＜0．05），谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性也发生明显的改变。并讨论了β-胡萝卜素立体异构体在防治肿瘤中的作用及其应用价值。
【Abstract】 We found that the serum activity of SOD had been increased, the LPO content decreased(P ＜0.05), and the GSH-PX level changed obviously in mice by ig βC epimeride from dunaliela SPP (6 mg/kg). We also discussed that βC epimeride had cure and prevention cancer function and any practical value.
