The human lysozyme gene has been successfully cloned and expressed in E.coli under the transcriptional control the bacteriophage λ P RP L,promoters regulated by the temperature sensitive repressors.The foreign genetic fragment of 0.412kb was presented in the restriction patern of plasmid pBV Hly.The Western Blotting and activity analysis confirmed the expression of the human lysozyme gene in E.coli .
