提速列车轮轨附加动荷载分析

【摘要】 针对我国现有铁路情况,分析不同速度下轮轨竖向附加动荷载。根据随机振动基本理论,引入轨道不平顺谱。建立了轮轨相互作用模型。行车速度、轨道不平顺、轨道刚度以及车体和簧下质量是影响附加动荷载的主要因素。在我国现有的机车车辆和轨道条件下,提速后所产生的竖向轮轨附加动荷载已达到或超过国外高速铁路标准。因此,合理确立机车车辆、轨道参数和轨道养护标准对发展提速列车是十分必要的

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the vertical wheel/track dynamic overloads at different speed of vehicles,in accordance with the specific condition of China′s railway. On the basis of random vibration theory and leading into the power spectrum density of geomtrical default of track, a model of wheel/track interaction is established. The research results indicate that the vehicle speed,geomtrical default of track,track stiffness,and body and unsprung masses are primary factors which affect the dynamic overload. Under the conditionds of the existing vehicles and tracks of China, the vertical overload produced by the raising speed train has reached and exceeded that by high speed railway of foreign country. So,it is necessary to choose rationly vehicle and track parameters in developing raising speed trains.
