鱼胆中毒大鼠肾脏损害的形态学研究

【摘要】 目的观察青鱼胆中毒大鼠肾脏损害的病理形态学变化。方法运用图像分析技术对肾小球病变进行形态定量分析。结果实验组鲍氏囊内有RBC的肾小球个数及肾小管上皮细胞坏死数明显多于正常对照组(P<0.01),肾小球体积亦明显大于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论图像分析技术能比较精确、客观地分析和测量肾小球结构参数的变化,有利于今后结构和功能相互关系的研究。

【Abstract】 Objective To have a more detailed observation on pathological changes in rat’s renal lesion caused by fish bile intoxication. Methods The pathological changes of glomerule were analysed by stereological quantitative method in image analysis system. Results The number of renal globes with RBC in Bowman Capsules and the number of renal tubules with necrotic epithelial cells in the experimental group were much more than that in the normal group (P<0.01). So was the volume of renal globes (P<0.01). Conclusion The pathological changes of glomerule could be measured and analysed objectively and accurately by above morphological parameters. Using stereoscopic technique in image analysis system might have the advantage to investigate the relationship between morphological lesion and functional changes in future research work.
