【摘要】 测定了近４００只清洁级长爪沙鼠血清蛋白等１５项血液生化值，其甘油三脂（ＴＧ）、尿素氮（ＢＵＮ）、磷（Ｐ）、Ｋ＋、Ｎａ＋、Ｃｌ略高于人体正常参考值，总蛋白（ＴＰ）、总胆固醇（ＴＣＨＯ）、Ｃａ２＋、葡萄糖（ＧＬｕ）、肌酐（ＣＲＥ）、尿酸（ＵＲＡ）结果与人接近；与金黄仓鼠的ＴＰ、ＴＣＨＯ、ＧＬＵ、ＴＧ、ＵＲＡ、ＣＲＥ、Ｃａ２＋、Ｐ值接近，ＢＵＮ、Ｃｌ－、Ｋ＋、Ｎａ＋值略高；与豚鼠、大鼠的ＵＲＡ、白蛋白（ＡＬＢ）、Ｋ＋、Ｎａ＋、Ｐ接近，ＢＵＮ、Ｃｌ－、ＴＧ、ＣＲＥ值比豚鼠、大鼠略高。性别间无差异，但２月龄组和４～１２月龄组间的ＢＵＮ、ＡＬＢ、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ）、ＴＣＨＯ、Ａ／Ｇ值有显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Blood chemical values of about four hundreds samples from clean meriones unguiculatus were determined and analysed by routine methods.The results showed that the serum levels of TG、BUN、P、K +、Na +、Cl - were slightly higher than those of the human′s,while the TP、TCHO、Ca 2+ 、GLU、CRE、URA were quite similar to those of human′s. There were no obvious differences between the values of different sexes (P>0.05),but have significantly differences between the young and adult group (P<0.05).更多还原
