【摘要】 对９只１年以上不发情或未孕的健康育龄雌犬，采用乙烯雌酚、ＨＭＧ、ＨＣＧ单独或综合方案，以药物诱导发情周期，适时配种，４次成功受孕，其中１例流产，３例正常生产。２例在诱发周期中配种未孕犬于给药后５０ｄ左右，再次出现血性分泌物，进入新的发情周期，交配成功并产仔。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nine adult prolonged anestrum dogs were used for estrus induction by a combined treatment protocol including intramuscular injection of diethylstilbestrol,HMG and HCG.The estrus induced dogs were mated with fertile males on a suitable date. Eight estrus cycles were induced,which resulted in 4 pregnancies with 1 miscarriage and 3 normal deliveries.In the combined treatment group,the litter size was obviously bigger than that of the dogs not treated with HMG. Two estrus induced animals were not pregnant but their next estrus cycle were occured 50 days later and successfully pregnant.更多还原
