【摘要】 采用从自然感染球虫的小鼠粪便中分离的单卵囊接种小鼠获得成功。观察了此种球虫的卵囊形态、孢子化时间、潜隐期和寄生部位等，确定此球虫为费氏艾美尔球虫（Ｅ．ｆｅｒ－ｒｉｓｉ）。同时观察该球虫的卵囊排出规律和致病性等，为进行费氏艾美尔球虫病的流行病学调查和防治提供了依据更多还原

【Abstract】 A single Eimeria sp.oocyst isolated from mouse feces was inoculated into each mouse orally,and the mice were infected.Through observing the morphology,time for sporation,prepatent period,and parasitic sites etc.of the oocysts,they were identified as oocysts of E.ferrisi.The pathogenicity and the regularity of the oocysts shedding were also studied.更多还原
