【摘要】 从上海地区疑有IB感染的病鸡中,分离出4株冠状病毒其中3株为形态典型的传染性支气管炎病毒（IBV）,1株形态上与IBV差异较大。用鸡胚中和试验将这3株典型的IBV与目前使用的IB疫苗株(H株,M₄₁株)进行血清交叉保护率测定,表明上海地区流行的IBV毒株中,有与疫苗株血清型相近的毒株（R>25％）,也有与疫苗株血清型差异较大的毒株（R<25％）。为上海地区IB防治工作及研制更有针对性的疫苗提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four strains of infectious bronchitis virus(IBV) were isolated from suspected chicken with IB in Shnaghai area.Three strains were morphologically typical IBV, one of them was different in morphology. Comparing with vaccine strains(M41H52) in chicken embryos using cross neutralization, some of strains were similar(R> 25%), others were different(R<25%) to the vaccine strains. This paper provided basis for the prevention and control of the disease in Shanghai area.更多还原
