【摘要】 35只无球虫感染山羊，在20日龄时，分别经口接种1×105～6×104个Eimeriani-nakohlyakimovae孢子化卵囊，在感染后1／4～38d内，定期扑杀，对E．ninakohlyakimovae的生活史进行了研究。结果表明：E．ninakohlyakimovae有两种类型的裂殖体存在，大裂殖体寄生于空肠和回肠绒毛中央乳糜管、固有膜层，以及肠系淋巴结的淋巴管及被膜下、小梁周围的淋巴窦中，偶可寄生于空肠和回肠的粘膜下层及盲肠和结肠的固有膜层中；小裂殖体是从大裂殖体发育而来的，主要寄生于回肠、盲肠和结肠中前部的肠腺上皮细胞中，偶可寄生于回肠绒毛基部的上皮细胞中。大、小配子体及卵囊寄生于回肠、盲肠、结肠和直肠的肠腺及粘膜上皮的细胞中。另外，在接种16d后的山羊胆汁中发现了E．ninakohlyakimovae卵囊，并在羊胆囊上皮细胞中发现了大、小配子体和卵囊。本文对各内生殖阶段虫体的出现时间及其形态大小进行较详细的描述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty-five artificially-reared coccidia-free goats were inoculated orally at the age of 20 days with 1 × 106 ~ 6 × 107 sporulated oocysts of Eimeria ninakohlyakimovae, respectively,and killed at intervals during 1/4~38 days after inoculation. The life history of E. ninakohlyakimovae was studied. Two types of meronts were found. Giant meronts were in villus lacteals and lamina propria of the lower jejunum and ileum and in the cortical sinus of mesenteric lymph nodes,and occasionally in the submucosa of jejunum and ileum as well as in the lamina propria of caecum and colon. Small meronts developed from giant meronts were mostly in the epithelial cells of crypts of ileum,caecum and upper-medium colon and less often in those of villi in ileum. Macrogamonts and microgamonts and oocysts were in the epithelial cells of crypts in ileum and all large intestine. Otherwise, oocysts of E. ninakohlyakimovae were found in the bile of goats killed 16 days after inoculation,and macrogamonts and microgamonts in the epithelial cells of gallbladders. The occurrence times,shapes and sizes of parasites at different endogenous stages were described in detail in this paper.更多还原
