大麦根尖细胞有丝分裂抑制和微弱发光与耐Al3+

【摘要】 对大麦根尖提取液PAGE的电泳、根尖细胞有丝分裂和微弱发光(PE)及耐Al性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)经过0,50,150μmol·L(-1)Al(3+)处理44h和140h后幼苗根尖的谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)的电泳图谱在各处理间无显著差异;(2)根尖细胞有丝分裂抑制率与耐Al性有一定的相关性,抑制率越高耐Al性越强;(3)经150μmol·L-1Al3+处理后,幼根的PE计数发生明显的变化,耐性的品种PE计数明显增加,敏感的品种PE计数明显降低,认为测定根尖的PE计数可能是一种选择耐Al性品种的新方法,有应用前景。最后探讨了大麦耐Al性的有关机理。

【Abstract】 One-day-old seedlings of four barley cultivars were subjected to Alconcentrations ranging from O to 150 μmol· L-1 for 44 h and 140 h. After 44 h and 140 htreatments the root apices were used to analyze zymogram, mitoses and ultraweak photonemission. Two enzymes (glytamate dehydrogenase and malate dehydrogenase) were analysedby PAGE. Zymograms in different treatments were similar. The rate of mitotic inhibition waspositively correlated with the Al-tolerance. The ultraweak photon emission counts of rootapices increased markedly for Al-tolerant cultivars after treatment by 150 μmol· L-1Al3+ for140 h and decreased obviously for Al-sensitive cultivars.
