【Abstract】 A rotating half wave plate reflection method is presented to solve the problem of measuring the stress of half enclosed glass product.The stability of micro birefringence optical path difference measuring system based on electro optic modulation method is studied.An automatic measuring system is built up combining software with hardware.The results agree well with our demands.更多还原
