【摘要】 本工艺首创以乙酰乙酸乙酯作起始原料,采用连续投料的方式,一个单元操作完成溴代、肟化和环缩合反应制取去甲氨噻肟酸乙酯[学名:(Z)-2-(2-氨基-4-噻唑)-2-羟亚胺乙酸乙酯]的新工艺,总收率达78.0％。新工艺删去了有机碱和大量有机溶剂的使用,不仅大大简化了反应操作,缩短了反应周期,使工艺适合生产应用,而且大幅度地降低了合成费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper reported a new synthetic technology of ethyl-demethylaminothiazolyloximate with ethyl acetoacetate as raw material, and using a steps sequential combined process of continuous adding reactants, to carry out bromination,oximation and cyclocondensation in one reactor. Its total yield is 78%. The technology newly developed, not only eliminates the using of organic bases and large quanty of solvents, but simplifies operation, shortens total reaction time, and lowers the production cost as well.更多还原
