【摘要】 通过对食管上皮癌变进程：正常上皮、单纯增生、非典型增生、原位癌和癌组织进行P53和PCNA蛋白表达的免疫组织化学研究，并结合图像定量分析表达的强度。结果提示：P53和PCNA在评价癌变演化中细胞增殖活性上各具特点，而且P53与PCNA可能存在协同作用，将两者结合起来可以更为客观地反映食管上皮癌变过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using immunohistochemistry in combination with quantitative anaiysis, we study the expression of P53 and PCNA proteins on sampies of esophageai cancerization: normai, proiiferating,atypicai, carcinoma in-situ and cancerous epitheiituns. Our resuits suggest that there exists coexpression of P53 and PCNA but they have different vaiues in the assessment of esophageai cancerization. Both of them shouid be considered together.更多还原
