三参数威布尔分布参数估计方法

【摘要】 提出了估计威布尔分布三参数的二阶矩方法和应用无约束优化方法求解似然函数的方法．这两种方法简单，尤其适用于工程上．
【Abstract】 The two moment method is presented to estimate the three parameters of Weibull distribution,and the method for unconstrained optimization is proposed to solve the maximum likelihood function.The two methods are easy to use and suitable for engineering application. [
