连接器可靠性试验初探
PRELIMININARY STUDY OF CONNECTOR RELIABILITY
【摘要】 探讨了连接器可靠性试验方案，利用复合环境应力试验加速产品失效，从而获得产品失效分布的参数。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses the trial method of studying connector reliability. The failure of it can be accelerated by the experiment on compound envirohmental stress. As a result, the parameter of failure distribution can be obtained.
