【Abstract】 Based on the cost of electricity and a reasonable shared cost of capacity and electric quantity, a method for calculating time of use pricing and season of use pricing of water power station is developed . Feasibility and validity of the model are shown by case studies and result’s analysis. The proposed model provides theoretical foundation and practicable methods for determining the seasonable day/night rate of hydropower station. The model is important for electricity rate reform and day/night rate actualization in our country.更多还原
