【Abstract】 A brief introduction to the principle and technological process for the method of enzyme conversionto produce L~malic acid of Xuecheng coking plant is given in this paper.Through carrying out some improvedmeasures,such as using over and over again the conversion wash water and acidification wash water, recoveringfumaric acid and surplus substrate,etc. the production cost is decreased,the quality of product is increased andthe better profit is achieved.更多还原
