酶转化法生产L─苹果酸技术的改进
Technical Improvement or the Method of Enzyme Conversion to Produce L-Malic Acid
【摘要】 简要介绍了薛城焦化厂酶转化法生产L-苹果酸的原理和工艺流程。通过采取复用转化洗水和酸化洗水、回收富马酸和富余底物等改进措施,降低了生产成本,提高了产品质量,取得了较好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 A brief introduction to the principle and technological process for the method of enzyme conversionto produce L~malic acid of Xuecheng coking plant is given in this paper.Through carrying out some improvedmeasures,such as using over and over again the conversion wash water and acidification wash water, recoveringfumaric acid and surplus substrate,etc. the production cost is decreased,the quality of product is increased andthe better profit is achieved.
