【Abstract】 The integrated electromyographic activities of genioglossal muscles were recorded on 23 adult rabbits to study the effects of morhpine injected into locus coeruleus (LC).The results indicated that activities of genioglossal muscles were decreased and these effects could be reversed by naloxone microinjected into the same area.This suggest that opiate receptors exist in the LC and inhibitory effects on activities of genioglossal muscles.更多还原
