【摘要】 内窥镜电视监测下经单鼻腔蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤7例，男5例，女2例，35～58岁。其中微腺瘤1例，小腺瘤1例，中腺瘤2例，大腺瘤3例；PRL腺瘤2例，GH腺瘤2例，混合性腺瘤1例，无功能性腺瘤2例。经单鼻腔粘膜下入路1例，粘膜外入路6例。经粘膜外入路直接达蝶窦前壁，手术简捷，符合人体正常生理解剖，避免了对鼻中隔的损伤，提高了手术的准确性，减少了术中的危险性及术后并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 The field of vlslon in endoscopic resection of pituitary adenoma by unilateral nasal approach is clear,and the exposure and lighting of operation are good. This study has made creative use of the endoscope technique in the treatment of 7 cases of pituitary adenoma. The patients, 5 maies and 2 females,f rom 35 to 58 in age. Of the adenomas,one is tiny(<1cm), one is small (1-2cm), two are medium-sized (2-3cm) and three are large (>3cm). Two of them are PRL adenoma, two are GH adenoma, one mixed and two nonfunctioning adenorna. The resection is done transsubmucosally from unilateral nasal cavity in one case and transextramucosally in 6 cases. In the resection per extramucosa direct to the front wall of sphenoidal sinus,the operation is simple and direct and in conformity with the normal physical anatomy Also, damage to the nasal septum can be avoided. While the operative accuracy is increased,risks and postoperative complications are reduced.更多还原
