【摘要】 根据严格实验设计，按0、1、6月程序，以5、10μg乙肝疫苗接种于278名无HBV血清感染标志的小学生，进行了8年追踪观察。免后8年两组的抗—HBs阳性率和GMT分别为51．7％、66．0％及45．2mIU／ml、58．4mIU／ml。初免后抗—HBs峰值滴度愈高，下降至10mIU／ml以下的时间愈长。免后8年对86例抗—HBs不同滴度者给予10μg1针再免，接种后1个月抗—HBs升高了6．5～51．5倍。研究结果表明，免后8年其免疫记忆细胞依然保存抗原信息，初免时抗—HBs应答良好者免后8年内不必再免，需要再免者10μg1针即能达到满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 By way of rigid design of exeriment 278 pupils with negative for HBsAg,antiHBs and anti-HBc were inoculated with HB vaccine in two different doses of 5μg and 10μg respectively in 0,1, 6 months 8 years after inoculation,the positive rate and GMT of antiHBs was 51. 7% and 45. 2mIU/ml In one group in contrast with 66.0% and 58. 4mIU/ml in the other. After the first inoculation, the higher the maximal anti-HBs titer,the longer the duration of its decrease tor 10<10 mIU/ml. 8 years after immunization, 86 pupils with varied anti-HBs titer were revaccinated a dose of 10μg HB vaccine, and their anti-HBs titer increased by 6. 5-51. 5 times 1 month after this revaccination.
