健步丸促进周围神经损伤后再生的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON PROMOTING REGENERATION OF INJURED PERIPHERAL NERVE WITH“JIANBUWAN”
【摘要】 为探求促进周围神经损伤后再生及功能恢复的方法,在周围神经离断、骨骼肌桥接、外套硅管隔离的神经再生实验模型上,用光镜、电镜、酶标记示踪、图像分析、电生理技术,观察了健步丸对20只新西兰兔尺神经伤后再生、相关神经无形态变化及功能修复的影响,并进行了定性和定量分析。结果显示,健步丸对周围神经再生和损伤局部的毛细血管增生有明显促进作用,并有改善微循环、促进神经细胞损伤后的结构重建和轴浆运输等作用。
【Abstract】 In order to find the methed of promoting the regeneration of injured peripheral nerves experiments were done on the ulnar nerve of 20 New Zealand rabbits. The ulnar nerve was exposed and a segment of 5 mm was excided. The two ends of transected nerve were sutured on the muscle to form a muscular brige and envelopped in a silicon tubule to form a sterile chamber. The second day after operation "Jianbuwan"was given 4g/d and then some tissue were observed from the bridge area,the corresponding segment of the spinal cord and the spinal gangia under light and electron microscope. The electrophysiological methed and CBHRP lable techniques were used to examine whether the transected nerve is well reconstructed structurally and functionally. The results show that "Jianbuwan"can promote regeneration and functional restoration of the injured nerve.
