机器人CO2气体保护焊工艺参数的实验研究
The Study for Parameters of Robotic CO2 Metal Arc Welding
【摘要】 本研究针对YM-300SV焊机,利用FANUCS-5机器人作为运动控制载体,进行CO2气体保护焊实验.针对焊接电流、电弧电压、焊接速度和保护气流量及成分这四种工艺参数对焊缝质量的影响展开研究,获得一套当焊丝直径为Φ1.2mm时,适用于2~3mm的A3钢材的焊接工艺参数.
【Abstract】 From a series of experiments for CO2 metal arc welding, this paper listed four practical parameters which were welding current, arc voltage, welding velocity, flow of shielding gas and components of shielding gas. The experiment had been done with YM300SV welder, robot FANUC S5 and got a conclusion that this robotic arc welding system could weld A3 steel which thickness was 2~3 mm.
