【Abstract】 おhe distribution and combined forms of Se in Seenriched ganoderma are studied in this paper. It is found that 73.6~77.4 percent of Se in Seenriched ganoderma is present in Seproteins and few in Senucleic acids and Sepolysaccharides. Among Seproteins, the main combined form of Se, basesoluble protein has the highest selenium content, which amounted to 23.0~25.2 percent of Se in Seenriched ganoderma.更多还原
