18Mn5Cr护环钢的应力腐蚀开裂
Stress Corrosion Cracking of 18Mn5Cr Steel for Retaining Ring
【摘要】 用慢应变速率拉伸试验方法研究了18Mn5Cr护环钢在90℃去离子水和22%NaCl水溶液以及饱和NaNO3水溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)行为.结果表明,18Mn5Cr钢在三种介质中对SCC都较敏感,电位对该钢的SCC抗力有明显影响,溶液的pH值对其影响不大.文中还用悬臂梁弯曲试验法测定了试验用钢在三种介质中的应力场强度因子K
【Abstract】 The stress corrosion cracking (SCC) behavior of 18Mn5Cr steel for retaining ring was studied in aerated water. 22%NaCl solution and saturated NaNO 3 solution at 90℃ by the slow strain rate test. The results showed that 18Mn5Cr steel was susceptible to SCC in above three mediums, the applied potential had obvious effect on SCC resistance, however, the pH value of the solutions did little. The stress intensity factor K ISCC in three mediums was also measured by the cantilever beam bending test.
