大黄素的吸附伏安行为及定量测定
The Behaviour of Adsorptive Voltammetry of Emodin and Its Application
【摘要】 大黄素在1%硼砂底液中,有一灵敏的吸附伏安还原峰,峰电位为-086V(vs.Ag/AgCl).在电位-03V下预富集,采用微分脉冲吸附溶出伏安法测定,其检测限可达80×10-10mol/L,大黄素在1×10-8~1×10-6mol/L浓度范围内,峰电流与浓度呈线性关系.此法简便、快速、可靠
【Abstract】 In 1% Na 2B 4O 7 solution,Emodin has a sensitive absorptive voltammetric reduction peak by differential pulse voltammetry.The stripping peak potential is -0 86V (vs Ag/AgCl).The initial potential is -0 3V.The peak current is linear with the concentration of emodin in the range of 1×10 -8 ~1×10 -6 mol/L.The detection limit is 8 0×10 -10 L.This method is a simple,fast and accurate.
