贵阳市售9种食醋部分理化指标检验

【摘要】 通过对贵阳市售9种食醋部分理化指标的检验,结果表明,镇江恒顺香醋符合国家标准;山西熏醋达到执行标准;贵阳锦筑醋符合执行的一级标准;贵阳散装醋达到二级指标;而上海白醋、贵州白醋、凯里香醋、花溪散装陈醋等则未达标。

【Abstract】 Some physical-chemical indicatrix of Nine kinds of vinegar were examined.The results showed as follows:ZhenJiang-HenShun vinegar satisfied with the national standard; Shanxi vinegar reached the executive standard:Guiyang Jinzhu Vinegar was in accordance with the first grade of excecutive standard and Guiyang bulk vinegar the second But Shanghai, Guizhou, Kaili sweet, Huaxi Bulk vingengar etc. didn’t reach the standard.
