贵州仔猪大肠杆菌分离物K88菌毛的鉴定

【摘要】 从贵州省7个种猪场发生腹泻的仔猪分离致病性细菌,对16株病原细菌分离物进行了生化鉴定,15株细菌符合埃希氏大肠杆菌的生化特征,其中10株是普通大肠杆菌;5株是类大肠杆菌。两株细菌能在血琼脂平板上产生溶血素,两株细菌经抗D-甘露糖血凝试验表明能产生K88菌毛;阳性率达12.5%。本文还对K88菌毛、肠毒素、溶血素与仔猪大肠杆菌病的流行病学关系进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 The pathogenie bacteria have ben isolated from affected piglets with diarrhoea in 7 pig farms inGuizhou Province. The bio-chemical identification was conducted for 16 strains pathogenie bacteria. of them, 15 strains were in accordance with the bio-chemical charateristies of E. coli, 10 of which belonged to E. coli communis and 5 of which were E. coli communior. Haemolysis was observed in the blood aser plate for 2 strains and another 2 strains could produce K.B pili according to mannose resistant and elution. The positive rate reached 12. 5%. The relationship of K88 pili, enterotoxin, hemolysin and epidemiology of piglet colibacillosis was discussed in this paper.
