【摘要】 利用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对中国白兔、日本大耳白兔、新西兰白兔、丹麦白兔、比利时兔和加利福尼亚克血液中的红细胞酯酶（Ｅｓ－１、Ｅｓ－２和Ｅｓ－３）、血清前转铁蛋白（Ｐｒｔ）、后白蛋白（Ｐｏ）等五种蛋白位点的多态现象进行了研究，计算其基因频率及６个白兔品种间的遗传距离，并运用类平均聚类法进行聚类分析。结果表明，中国白兔与日本大耳白兔亲缘关系最近，新西兰白兔、丹麦白兔以及比利时兔三者间亲缘关系较近，加利福尼亚兔与其它５个品种亲缘关系均较远。更多还原

【Abstract】 Five protein loci, including erythroeyte esterase (Es-1,Es-2 and Es-3),pretransferrin (prt), Postalbumin (Po) were deteeted by vertical plate Polyaerylamide gel electrophoresis in blood samples from chinese white rabbit, Japenese white rabbit, New zealand white rabbit, Belgian Hare, Danish white rabbit and Californian rabbit. Gene frequencies and genetic distances amony the six rabbit breeds were calculated. Besides, cluster analysis was conducted to use unweighted pair-group arithmetic mean. The results showed that the relations between Chinese white rabbit and Japanese white rabbit are the most intimate. white New zealand white rabbit, Danish white rabbit and Belgian Hare more intimate.
