【Abstract】 Choline Oxidase was immobilized at a hydrogen peroxide electrode and the enzyme electrode was used for the determination of acetylcholinesterase activity. Thelinear rang is 0￣200mg/L with a response time of 40 seconds and 50μl sample amount.
