晶纹镀锡花型的控制与成因初析
THE CONTROL AND ANALYSIS OF CRYSTAL PATTERS ON TIN PLATING
【摘要】 用重熔结晶二次电镀的方法获得了不同类型的晶纹.通过赫尔槽试验确定了最佳电流密度范围.在此基础上,对重熔、冷却、浸蚀、二次镀等工艺过程的参数进行了筛选.结果表明,控制晶纹花型的主要因素是重熔和冷却的协同作用.水冷易得较美观的花纹,适当的重熔温度和重熔时间可使晶纹更细致柔和.其原因是上述两步骤决定了晶粒的形核与长大.
【Abstract】 Some different types on crystal patterns of tin plating are made in a way that the tin coating is remelted and recrystallized. By a series of studies, we concluded that main factor for influencing the crystal pattern types is a coordinate action between remelt and cold. Artistic patterns can be obtained if the remelted can coating is cooled in water. The suitable temperature and time of remelt can make the patterns more beautiful because the two parameters control product and growth of crystal.
