【摘要】 本文介绍了利用同步采样法测量交流电本数的一种新算法,用于电力负荷测控仪中,实现对负荷的准确测量,并给出了电力负荷测控仪的组成和功能。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with a new algorithm which could be applied in measurement unit for power load to accurately measure power load, with composition and function of the power load controlling unit described.
