一种新型的温度补偿晶体振荡器
A NEW TYPE OF TEMPERATURECOMPENSATED QUARTZCRYSTAL OSCILLATOR
【摘要】 提出了一种新型温度补偿晶休振荡器,它是利用两种温度补偿电容器在较宽的温度范围内进行温度补偿的.制备了两种温度补偿电容器材料,根据其实测的介电温谱,证明它们可使(yxl)35°12′切石英晶体振荡器在一定温度范围内得到良好的温度补偿,-30℃~+50℃和-40℃~+60℃之间的频率稳定度可分别达到1.5ppm和4.3ppm,证明这一设计思想是可行的
【Abstract】 A new type of TCXO is proposed which can achieve the goal of temperature compensation in a fairly wide range of temperature by using two kinds of temperature-compensating capacitors.We have prepared two relaxor ferroelectric ceramics having desired dielectric characteristics.Experimental results show that they can stabilize the frequency of ATcut((yxl)35°12′)quartz crystal oscillator to 1.5ppm from-30℃ to+50℃ and 4.3ppm from -40℃ to+60℃.It is therefore concludes that this new designing idea is feasible.
