大蒜花序中不同繁殖器官的形态发生
MORPHOGENESIS OF VARIOUS PROPAGATIVE ORGANS IN THE INFLOURESCENCE OF GARLIC (Allium sativum L.)
【摘要】 利用扫描电镜对大蒜花序上的两种繁殖器官——花和珠芽,及苞片等器官的发生顺序和发育规律进行了观察.按照器官发生规律,可将其个体发育过程划分为营养生长期、成花转化期和花序发育期.在花序发育期中花可以发育成正常形态.珠芽在花发育之后产生,与苞片有密切关系.讨论了珠芽的来源和本质,以及大蒜个体发育和系统发育的特殊性
【Abstract】 In the inflourescence of garlic genetic sequences and developmental regulations of organs,including two kinds of propagative organs (flowers and bulbils) and bracts etc. were carefully observed with scanning electron microscope.According to the regulation of organs morphogenesis,the ontogeny of garlic could be divided three periods:the vegetable development,the transfor to flower and the development of inflourescence.In the last period,bulbils genesis after flowers became adult shape,and they have relationship closely with bracts.The origin and essences of bulbil,the particularity of ontogeny and phylogeny of garlic were disscused.
