不同含硫化合物对酸性溶液中不锈钢阳极极化行为的影响
THE INFLUENCE OF SULPHUR CONTAINING COMPOUNDS ON THE ANODIC POLARIZATION BEHAVIOUR OF STAINLESS STEELS IN ACID SOLUTIONS
【摘要】 研究了不同含硫化合物对铁素体不锈钢和奥氏体不锈钢在0.5mol/LH2SO4溶液中阳极溶解行为的影响.结果表明,含有带孤对电子的硫原子的化合物都可以催化不锈钢的阳极溶解.然而不同含硫化合物的催化能力并不相同,对于无机含硫化合物,Na2S2O3,H2S,KSCN等的催化能力较强,而Na2SO3的催化能力较弱.对于有机含硫化合物,其催化能力随分子体积的增加而降低
【Abstract】 The influence of different sulphur containing compounds on the anodic dissolution behaviour of ferritic and austenitic stainless steels in 0.5mol/L H 2SO 4 was studied.The results showed that all the sulphur containing compounds with free electron pairs on the sulphur atom could catalyze the anodic dissolution of stainless steels.However,the catalysis ability of different sulphur containing compounds are different.For the inorganic sulphur containing compounds,the catalysis ability of Na 2S 2O 3,H 2S,KSCN are much higher than the catalysis ability of Na 2SO 3.For organic sulphur containing compounds,the catalysis ability decreased with the increase of the molecule volume.
