外伤后听力损伤的脑干听觉诱发电位及耳蜗电图联合检测
THE COMBINING EXAMINATION OF BRA1NSTEM AUDITORY EVOKED POTENTIAL AND ELECTROCOCHLEOGRAM ON DYSAUDIA AFTER CRANIOENCEFHALIC INJURY
【摘要】 本文分析了76名耳部或头部外伤后听力损伤的患者,共计113耳听力障碍,其中有32只耳伴鼓膜穿孔,81只耳无鼓膜穿孔。对他们同时进行BAEP与EcochG联合检测。结果显示重度以上耳聋和伴鼓膜大穿孔者波形不显现或显示不清,而轻、中度耳聋和伴鼓膜小、中穿孔者,一般波形可出现,但大多数其潜伏期延长,异常率高达76.7%。为判断耳或头部外伤后听力损伤及其部位、程度提供了客观指征。
【Abstract】 This artical analysed 76 patients with auditory damage following head or ear injury.There were 113 ears with dysaudia.They include 32 ears vvith perforation of tym panic mcnbrane and 81 ears without that.All cars received the combining examinations of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) and clcctrocochleogram ( EcochG) The results showed that there were no waves or unclear waves in the patients with severe deafness and large perforation of tympanic membrane,but there were waves in the patients with slight,medium deafness and small,medium perforation of tympanic membrane,howevor their most latent periods were prolongated,abnormal rates were 76.7%.This research provided the ob jective indexes for measuring the region and grade of auditory damage after head or ear in jury.
