【摘要】 本文报告了34例急性缺血性脑血管病人和30例正常人的P₃₀₀及其地形图变化,结果显示:急性缺血性脑血管病人的P₃₀₀潜伏期明显延长,波幅降低,P₃₀₀地形图病变侧功率值降低,本文揭示P₃₀₀地形图对脑血管病的定位有帮助,尤其可成为急性缺血性脑血管病患者智力检测的客观指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper reported change of P300 mapping in 34 patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease and 30 normal persons.The results showed that the latency of P300 was prolonged,amplitude was decreased and power of lesion region of P300 mapping was decreased in patients who suffered from acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease.The paper indicated that P300 mapping is helpful in localization of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease and especially,P300 mapping may be an objective index of intelligence test.更多还原
