【摘要】 脾乐Ⅰ、Ⅱ添加剂对罗曼种鸡于室温（12.964-0.32）℃的试验期中,较对照组提高产蛋率5.2％（P<0.001）、3.34％（P<0.025）,料蛋比降低到2.48:1、2.57:1,受精率提高3.74％、2.95％,雌激素提高3.739μg、1.906μg,胆碱酯酶活力降低5.44单位、4.91单位,球蛋白增加9.18％（P<0.01）、6.12％,α₁球蛋白增加5.42％（P<0.01）、5.63％（P<0.01）,α₂球蛋白增加3.72％（P<0.05）、2.16％（P<0.05）,B球蛋白增加2.00％（P<0.01）、1.21％,γ球蛋白减少1.95％、2.83％。脾乐Ⅰ较对照组净增值0.64元/只,脾乐Ⅱ较对照组净增值0.37元/只。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment was carried out under the conditions that the temperature of laying house was around (12. 96+0. 32)’C and that all the other conditions were the same, with the exception of adding PL - I or PL - II as the experimental groups and non -PL as the controls. Hens fed with PL- I and PL- II increased the laying rate by 5. 2% (P<0. 001) and 3. 34% (P<0. 025), lowered feed egg ratio to 2. 48 s 1 and 2. 57 s 1, enhenced fertility rate by 3. 74% and 2. 95%, improved estrogen by 3. 979 ug and 1. 909 ug, lowered the cholinesterase activity by 5. 44 IU and 4.91 IU , increased globulines by 9. 1896 (P<0. 01) and 6. 21%, a1globulins by 5. 42% (P<0. 01), 5.63 (P<0. 01), a2globulins by 3.72% (P <0. 05) and 2. 16 (P<0. 05), 3 globulins 2.00% (P<0. 01) and 1.21%, lowered y globulins by 1. 95% , 2. 83%. There was no signicancant difference respectively between the data. PL- I increased 0. 64 Yuan (RMB), PL- II 0. 37 Yuan (RMB), averagely to each hen, as compared with the controls.更多还原
