【摘要】 本文对简易小型试验和实习用１００升发酵设备的研制、用途以及可行性作了介绍。说明了在花钱不多的条件下设计制作或利用旧医用消毒器和汽车用有关压力容器改制小型发酵设备的方法。由组合式发酵罐产生蒸汽进行系统灭菌的方法方便可靠，简化了小型发酵系统的结构。使用电接点温度表、电接点压力表和可调限压阀实现了结构简单，制作和维修容易的蒸汽压力、发酵罐保压压力和发酵温度的自动控制更多还原

【Abstract】 The development, application and feasibility of 100-litreferment equipment is introduced in this paper. The methods ofsmallfermentequipment dasign or combination of used medical autoclave and auto press have beenfound. Steam sterilization produced by combined ferment pitcher is simple and reliable.The automatic control of steam pressure, ferment pitcherpressureandferment temperature have been completed by point-contact thermometer, pointcontact mano-merter and adjustable voltage limiter, respectively, with advantagesofsimple structrer, easy manufacture and maintenance.更多还原
