回归正交法测定混合稀土中单一稀土元素的方法研究

【摘要】 本文利用回归正交方法和计算机编程处理,在混合稀土—偶氮氯膦Ⅲ显色体系中,对Pr、Nd、Sm三种稀土元素进行了三因子二水平一次回归正交实验,在670nm处求得吸光度与稀土元素浓度间的回归方程。再用标准系列加入法得到吸光度对各稀土元素浓度的变化率。联立求解由回归方程求得的偏微分方程组,求得各单一稀土元素的含量。本法由于应用了正交原理和计算机处理,使得实验与计算都大为简化,不必分离混合稀土即可同时测定其中的单一稀土元素含量。实验结果表明,本方法可靠,误差≤2%。

【Abstract】 In this paper,three kinds of the rare earth were performed the three factor-two level-first power regress-orthogonal experiment by the regress-orthogonal method and the computer in the developing system that originated form the rare earth mixture reacting with azochlorphosphoreted-hydrogen Ⅲ,and the linear regression equation of the absorption( y ) and the concentration of the rare earth (xi) was obtained at 670nm (wave length).The rates that the absorption varies as each of three rare earths were also obtained by means of standard series adding.The simultaneous differential equation gotten from the regression equation was solved and the concentrations of three single rare earths were obtained.The results are accurate,and the relative error is less than 2%.
