开环聚合酚醛树脂基玻璃布层压板耐化学腐蚀性能的研究

【摘要】 采用苯并恶嗪中间体与环氧树脂为主要原料合成粘接剂,经KH560处理的无碱玻璃布制成了高性能的玻璃布层压板。采用常规手段和IR、光学显微照相等方法,研究了玻璃布层压板在各种化学介质、不同温度下的耐化学腐蚀性能及化学腐蚀形貌。结果表明,玻璃布层压板在真空泵油、浓氨水和浓磷酸、饱和食盐水中均显示出良好的耐腐蚀性,可望作为耐化学腐蚀的结构材料。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the chemical corrosion appearance of the matrix and the laminate and the chcmical corrosion resistance of the laminate in various chcmical media.The results has shown that after soaking in 10% HCl and 10% NoOH for 4 days,there is no obvious change in IR of the matrix.After boiling in water for 70 hrs,and soaking in vacuum pump oil(120 ℃) for 4 days,the flexural strength of the laminate is 316 MPa and 425 MPa,respcctively.It is very outstanding that the laminate demonstrates good corosion resistance in concentrated ammonia liquor and phosphoric acid,and saturated salting liquor.It can be used as a chcmical corrosion resistant structural material
