反应媒循环法从湿法磷酸制饲料磷酸二铵的实验研究
The Experimental Study of Producing Feed Diammonium Phosphate From Wet-Process Phosphoric Acid With Meduim Recycl
【摘要】 本文对用三聚氰胺(mel)作反应媒,直接采用~20%P2O5的低浓度湿法磷酸为原料,把净化与产品生产结合起来,生产出饲料磷酸二铵的新工艺进行了实验研究。结果表明:在适宜工艺条件下,制得的磷酸二铵产品质量达到了饲料级要求。此法具有工艺过程简单,能耗低,能实现“肥盐结合”等特点,是一条适合我国资源特点的新颖的技术路线。
【Abstract】 The following report refers to an experimental research for a new process directly appling wet-process phosphoric acid (20% P 2O 5)as raw material and combining the purification & production to produce feed diammonium phosphate The result shows that the quality of diammonium phosphate obtained from experiment can reach feed grade at proper technological conditions The process is of merits of simple in technology,low consumption of energy and realizing the combination production of fertilizer with production of inorganic salt and is considered as a new technology suited for the characteristics of the raw materials in china
