饲料中添加大豆磷脂对草鱼肝胰脏脂质脂肪酸组成的影响

【摘要】 采用一种对照饲料和三种分别含4%、6%和8%大豆磷脂的试验饲料饲养初始体重约15g的草鱼,经52天饲养后,运用气相色谱仪测定草鱼肝胰脏脂质的脂肪酸组成。与摄食对照饲料的草鱼比较,三组添加大豆磷脂的草鱼肝胰脏脂质具有较高水平的18∶2n-6和较低的20∶4n-6/18∶2n-6比值。与此相反,18∶3n-3的含量下降30%~69%,而n-3系列长链(C≥20)高度不饱和脂肪酸(n-3HUFA,包括20∶5n-3、22∶5n-3和22∶6n-3)的含量升高,使n-3HUFA/18∶3n-3的比值显著增大

【Abstract】 Grass carp, Ctenopharyngodon idellus(C.et V.), weighing about 15g, were fed on a control diet and on three treatment diets containing 4, 6 and 8% soybean phospholipids respectively. After a 52-day feeding trial, the fatty acid composition of hepatopancreas lipids was determined by gas liquid chromatography. Compared with the control group fish, hepatopancreas lipids of the three treatment group fish fed on diets supplemented with soybean phospholipids showed a higher level of 18∶2n-6 and a lower ratio of 20∶4n-6/18∶2n-6. On the contrary, the content of 18∶3n-3 decreased by 30%~69% and that of total n-3 long chain (C≥20) highly unsaturated fatty acids (n-3 HUFA: 20∶5n-3, 22∶5n-3 and 22∶6n-3) increased, forming a markedly high ratio of n-3 HUFA/18∶3n-3. The results obtained in this experiment indicated that the supplement of soybean phospholipids to diets affected the fatty acid composition of hepatopancreas lipids in grass carp, and improved especially the level of total n-3 highly unsaturated fatty acids.
