盐湖水化学类型与卤虫类群关系研究初探

【摘要】 通过对新疆、青海和内蒙古三省区20个盐湖(池)卤虫和水化学研究,发现在碳酸盐型盐湖生存的卤虫全为两性生殖类群,而在硫酸盐型盐湖生存的卤虫有两性生殖类群和孤雌生殖类群,但以孤雌生殖类群居多。用fisher判别方法,对盐湖水化学类型与卤虫类群之间的关系进行研究,获得模型Z=-0.0917X1+0.0154X2+0.1725X3-17.7536X4-0.4002X5,它们之间的临界值Z*=-7.6411,Ca2+对卤虫类群影响最大(64.0402%),其余依次为SP42-、Mg2+、HCO3-、CO32-。经F检验,碳酸型盐湖Z1和硫酸型盐湖Z2在α=0.01水平差异显著。

【Abstract】 The hydrochemical types and brine shrimp species of 20 salt lakes in Xinjiang, Qinhai and Nei Mongol provinces or autonomous regions were dealt with in this paper. The results indicats that the brine shrimps(Artemia) in "carbonates" salt lakes all belong to bisexual species, the ones in "Solfate"salt lakes almost belong to parthengenetic species.The authors apply fisher discrimination to study on the relation between hydrochemical types and brine shrimp species of salt lakes. The model is gotten:Z=-0.0917X1+0.0154X2+0.1725X3-17.7536X4-0.4002X5, Z* = - 7. 6411. The contribution rate of Ca2+ is the highest, up to 64. 0402%. The second is SO42- > Mg2+ > HCP3->CP32-. The discussion on effect of hydrochemical types for brine shrimp species, brine shrimp classification and development of salt lakes is given in the paper.
