【摘要】 从中华鳖（Trionyxsinesis）病鳖的肝脏分离得到菌株s－1。用菌株s-1进行人工感染，100％的鳖患病。从感染的病鳖的肝脏分离到菌株s’－1，经生理生化反应测定，它与菌株s－1特性一致。经鉴定，菌株s－1是迟钝爱德华氏菌（Edwardsiellatarda），野生型。爱德华氏菌感染会引起鳖的脏器发生变质性病变。主要症状呈肝脏型，肝局部坏死，有结节状肉芽肿。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents the pathogenic indentification, tissue pathology of the Edwardsieilliassis in soft-shelled turtl (Trionyx sinensis ). Strain - 1 was isoated from the liver of diseased turtles. the artifical infeetion by the strain s - 1, 100% of turtles diseased. Strains’ - 1 was isolated from the artificial infected turtles. It was proved that the strain s’ - 1 was the same as the strain s - 1 through physical and biochemical reactive determination. It was identified that the strain s- 1 belongs to Edwardsiella tarda, wild type. This bacteria could cause an alterative pathological changs, characterized by liver type with partial necrosis and spotted granlomatous, in intemal organs of soft-shelled turtles.更多还原
